Pink Lemonade--Another awesome blog!

Ok, just happened across another absolute awesome blog! Pink Lemonade has one of the cutest sites around. And the sponsors are wonderful! Be sure to stop by and enter her contests. I know some people don't like blog and comment type contests, but really folks, it really is worth the effort. Even if you don't enter the contest, be sure to check out all the cute things that she speaks about. One of my faves is the Binky Bungee! With a 19 mth old who has reaquired the desire to have a binky since we've had the new baby, these things are an absolute MUST to keep hers close and keep her hands off her 2 mth old sisters!

Anonymous comment

Ok, I have to post this as a response to the comment from "anonymous" on one of my other posts. You want to know how I know you? Well, obviously, as you are "anonymous", I don't. How exactly am I supposed to know who you are and which blog is yours? In reality, I probably don't know you and you don't know me but I go thru the "next blog" link at the top of the page and follow the ones that interest me. These usually pertain to something they said that reminded me of my family or maybe they are into frugal living as I am or contests or whatever suits my fancy at that given moment.

Honestly, I'm not sure some people understand that their blogs, when posted as such, are very VERY public and ANYONE can read them. I am really a nobody unless you know me but just think of all the Jeffrey Dahmer's out there reading your blog or the blog you are thinking of creating. If you have a problem with it, a public arena is probably NOT the best way to go. You might try LiveJournal.com, set it to private and then invite only those people you want to read it.
Anymore questions, ummm, yeah, well, nevermind. I wouldn't know it was you who had another question as I don't know who sent the first question. I am NOT psychic, although my husband and children sometime wonder about that. HAH!

WOW!!

Ok, so when I decided to go enter a couple sweeps today, it never crossed my mind that I would come across one giving away "Good Head". I just had to tell my husband who got a big grin on his face with that one. Anyway, anyone who comes across this post, go and go now to visit this lady's blog. It's full of delightful information and I've gotten a kick out of reading it the last 2 HOURS!! lol. Really, its absolutely awesome. And don't freak out if you see the little disclaimer at the beginning asking you to verify that you don't have a problem with adult content. It's really worth that little click. I even went as far as putting her button on my blog so feel free to click that anytime you need some, ummm, inspiration. :)

I am my own person

Ok, well, I woke up this morning to a form email from Google AdSense. I figured I would try that out as everyone else is. I'm not usually one to follow the crowd but, like this blog, finally said "sure, why not". Well, I get this email from them saying that while "reviewing" my account they noticed that it matched one set up by this particular email. Umm, yeah, that would be MY HUSBAND! He is not me, I am not him and that definitely wasn't MY email address. So, I scoured over there terms and conditions and found alot of information but absolutely NOTHING that said anything about one per household or that you couldn't have one if you were married to someone who has one or whatever. It does say that its one per individual(in so many words) so what am I, nothing more than part of him?!? WRONG!! I am an individual. I am my own person. I am ME!! I am NOT him! Do I need him to survive? No! Therefore, I am my own single entity that has every right to my own stinkin AdSense account. If they'd come back and said sorry you can't have one for any other reason, I would have probably been ok with it. But to say I can't have one because they made the mistake of taking me for him is just outright BS and I am soooooooooo not gonna let this go for awhile. I posted a question about it on their forums. Let's see if I get a response. I am absolutely ticked off first thing in the morning and the screeching toddler didn't help things first thing this morning before I'd had my coffee. Teach me to try to sleep in. I wonder if I can attach her to the hood of the car and use her as I siren? I know that I would get out of the way if I heard that noise coming up behind me!

Well, off to do a load of laundry and do the dishes that I let sit all nite(YUCK!). Its looking to be an interesting day already. Joy!

My family

Here is an intro to my family. There are 9 of us total so let me lay them out for you.

There is my dear hubby, let's call him A. He's 30, an unemployed student and, as previously mentioned, a computer addict. For a stay at home dad, well, he sucks! He thinks he tries but, in reality, he does the complete opposite. I can have a conversation with him and he won't hear a word. I ask him to do something, I get, "hold on", so he can finish what he is doing on the computer. Say "honey, were is M?" and you get that deer in the headlight look. Somehow, he "forgot" that he was watching the kids while I went to work, cooked dinner, did the laundry, whatever. It's a daily occurence. His computer is my own worst enemy.

Next, there is E. She is 15 and will be 16 in January. She's already got her first car, a mercury cougar. She is a straight A student and the absolute best teenager anyone could ever hope for. She's smart, talented, sporty, and absolutely awesome!

Then, there is K. She is 14 and OMG, what a brat! She thinks the world revolves around her and she is above having to do the dishes. I will say that she is really good with the 3y old and 19m old. They listen to her more than they do dad.

Next, we've got S. At 9y old we are fighting a battle with obesity. She is overweight which causes her ALOT of grief and more hardship than anyone should have to go thru at such a young age. She's a great student although she leans more to lazy than productive. To get her to do things sometimes is a challenge, but its one we are working on and she seems to be trying really hard.

And for the 1st of the 2 boys, we have L1. Don't ask me why I named both my boys with names starting with L because it gets really confusing. Should never have done that. Anyway, L1 is 7 years old, the exact opposite of his 9y old sister and always looks completely underweight. He's all skin and bones and has a freakin 6 pack for a stomach. He eats and eats and eats some more and then goes and runs it off. Again, he is a straight A student and has all of his teachers wrapped around his pinky. And might I just say he is absolutely adorable. The little girls at school think so too(OMG!!).

Our 2nd son, we will call L2. He is the funniest one of the bunch. He is 3 years old and an absolute hoot! He runs around screaming "you can't catch me" and picks on his 19m old sister and rubs the baby's head. He is a character and I see that most of the posts about him will probably be funny.

Our 4th daughter, M, is now 19m old. She is a screacher! She is my curse from my mother. She is me, but 100X over. It took me 30+ years to get the attitude that she came out with. We do NOT get along. lol.

Our last daughter is now 2 mths old. We will refer to her as A2. She was born with this massive head of hair that she has decided not to lose. She is the only one with dark brown hair, besides mom and dad, and she is the only one that hasn't lost her hair at this stage and gone blonde. She is squeaking and talking and laughing and she is full fledged mama's girl. I'm sure that the fact that she is still nursing has to do with that. With me working, we figured we would breast and formula feed her but, as it turns out, she is allergic to all formulas so she will be tit baby for the next 10 mths.

Ok, well, thats it for them. As for me, I'm mom, wife, supervisor and student. I work for an international merchandising company that is completely awesome and am working towards my bachelors degree in Business. I am also cook, maid, butler, and part time chauffeur and occasional miracle worker. I've also dropped 50 pounds in the last year and 4 dress sizes. I'm stressed out, irritable and still battling postpartum hormone issues so this blog might very well be a wild ride in rantings, ravings, and all things me. hahaha. I love to enter sweepstakes and contests online and via snail mail. I've won alot of things, including a boat, a trip to paris I didn't get to take because i was 8 1/2 mths pregnant, cash, gift cards, books, tshirts, toys, movies, you name it, I've won it except for the big items that I have as my goal wins(computer, house, car). I will keep you updated on my wins as I go and will probably have a post strictly for wins. Right now, I keep track of them on OLS. For those who don't know what that is, its online-sweepstakes.com and you can find me there under Mumto3girls1boy(yeah, I know it should be Mumto5girls2boys) but I've been a member there forever and haven't updated my username yet.

Ok, well, its taken me 3 hours of running around and grabbing minutes here and there to finish typing this so will cut it off right here for the time being. Hopefully anyone reading this hasn't decided to jump ship yet. Really, its gonna be a blast!

An explanation....

Ok, so we've all probably been there in this day and age. We work, we clean, we nurture, we cook, we fuss, we have our own fits, we get everything done and yet there is somehow this man sitting somewhere in the house doing what he wants to do. Well, this blog will be the place to go and fuss about your significant other and what you wished they would do.

Currently, I've done dishes, 3 loads of clothes, completed some stuff I had to do with work and my dear husband is sitting 5 feet from me on his computer creating a blog he hopes will make some money. See, he doesn't work because he can't make enough to cover the child care so I do the working. He is, I must say, taking online classes thru the local college but he does all his school work on Saturdays because it is due on Sunday. Never looks at it till he has too. With his spare time(what's that?!?), he trolls the internet for cars and, umm, well, ummm, BOOBS. My husband is an internet whore! He is a computer addict and there is no other way to describe him.

This blog will be to keep my b*tching someplace so I don't just one day decide to knock him upside the head or toss him to the curb. Despite his faults and how truly mad I can get, I love him more than I have ever loved another man and I don't see that changing anytime soon. We have 7 children and I know it can be overwhelming, but if he would only do something without me having to ask him too, I think I would die of shock. I'm to the point that I don't even ask, I just get mad. Thats not healthy and therefore, I have created this blog to put all my feelings in.

Also, in this blog, you will find recipes, sweepstakes, funnies, and anything and everything I come across to put in it. Will it be G rated? Probably not. It will be my world and I can say what I want, when I want, and no one will get mad or get their feelings hurt. If you read this and DO get mad, I do apologize that you came across it, but will not apologize for what I said, how I said it, or why I said it. It is, afterall, MY BLOG! I hope to post here daily, but no promises as I have way too much going on and it really isn't at the top of my priority list. I'm sitting here drinking my cup of coffee between loads of laundry and the other 47 things on my "to do" list.
